Shipping Policy
The safety and well being of all livestock is imperative to our operation. Listed below is our shipping policy for livestock and dry goods:
Livestock:
We ship all livestock packages via USPS Priority Mail Express on Thursday every week (Overnight-2 Days)
Any order placed after Wednesday will not be shipped until the following Thursday to lessen our burden.
All live stock is shipped in plastic bags inside of an insulated box.
Assuming our area will see "cold" temperatures, we may deem shipping unsafe at that time. You will be notified via email if your order is delayed due to weather conditions.
We will add an additional $2 fee to every livestock order during the winter in order to provide warmers in our packages.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the US Postal Service.
Please note the weather in your area before having livestock shipped.
Sipping is only available to the continental US.
Dry-Goods:
Dry Goods ship every Monday of the week via USPS Priority Mail. (1-3 days)
Any order places after Monday may be shipped Thursday with our Livestock, pending availability.
Dry-good will be shipped no matter the weather.
Shipping is only available to the continental US.
Dead On Arrival Policy:
Please fill out the DOA Claim Form.
We do not provide refunds in any situation.
We only provide a store credit or replacement for any livestock loss.
Please visit DOA Claims to begin this process.
